A passionate technology leader, Guru, comes with over 20+ years of experience in the IT domain. He started his career as a developer in the telecom industry, building next-gen networks at Alcatel-Lucent. Further on, Guru worked in sales engineering and business development leadership roles in software companies like Sylantro Systems (now part of Cisco Systems ) and Jamcracker. He helped these organizations grow their customer base and market share in the Asia region. At Microsoft, he did multiple sales and technology leadership roles focused on helping customers adopt advanced services of Azure like Modern Apps, Big Data, AI/ML, IoT. Currently, at Amazon Internet Services (P) (L), he and his team are helping customers drive innovation and growth by leveraging AWS specialized services like Analytics, Purpose-built databases, AIML, autonomous compute, amongst others. In addition, Guru has a passion for mentor startups and helps early growth stage companies with technology vision and a roadmap aligned to business needs and growth.
